Yes. We build new in-ground pools and spas, and we renovate existing pools with resurfacing, tile, coping, decks, and equipment upgrades.
Do you pull the pool permit?
Yes. We apply for the permit and schedule the required inspections with your city or county.
Is the pool equipment wiring and plumbing included?
The equipment, plumbing, and electrical connections needed for the pool are planned and priced as part of the pool project, performed under the appropriate Florida licenses.
How long does a new pool take?
It depends on design, permitting, weather, and inspection scheduling. We give you a timeline with your estimate.
What pool safety features are required?
Florida requires at least one approved safety feature for new residential pools, such as a barrier, door alarms, or a safety cover. We review the options with you at the permit stage.
